Proper Timing and doses for these supps?

CEE (creatine ethyl ester)
1 tablespoon pre-WO
Glutamine
1 tablespoon with meals 3xday/not PWO? and before bed
Taurine
450mg with meals, pre/post WO 3-4xday
Glucosamine/Chondroitin
2 tablets morning with meal (suggested daily amount)
Multi vit
1 tab PWO
Zinc/Magnesium
3 tabs before bed (suggested daily amount)
Vit C
1 gram occasionally


Tabs-not sure of the mg contained within as I am at work right now.

Let me know what you think of these doses, timing and/or supps themselves.
