Protein Problem

Here is my dilemma. Virtually every protein powder that I use "blows right through me. The ready made drinks are the worst. Muscle Milk, EAS, JBN, Myoplex etc... My stomach seems to deal with proteins with a higher number of carbs better that without the carbs....but still not real well. Any suggestions?
 
Perhaps a good whey protein mixed with rolled oats in a blender? Otherwise you may need to stick with, chicken breast, tuna and lean beef.
 
yeah what lifts said....you might be a food only type.....but thats not all bad....
