Question about squats.

I do them all the time and I'll throw in a mix up day of deads front squats bench press and over head press with abs to mix stuff up.
 
Fronts are awesome if you can pull them off the right way. My flexibility is ridiculous so ummm, no! But I do think you should "train" them separate if your trying to build them or lifting for #'s. No specific reason behind my silly theory though. When I set up to squat, it's a squat day. I don't like change.
