Question about verizion cell phone

I have a contract were i can get a new phone every two years. I didn't insure my phone like an idiot and its broke. Can I get a replacment without having insurance. Its only been a year so I cant get the upgrade yet

No. Your fucked. This happened to my wife and while standing in line I saw another lady go through it. I would still try. Sometimes employees bend the rules around and pull stunts. I got this chick to knock close to a$100 combined total($60 plus another $38month). My wife said it would be useless. But I can be a charming persuasive smooth operator. Give it a shot
