question for you guys with more than one kid

So mrs oz is due feb. 6th and I've thought about how is little oz gonna do with having another kid in the house and him not being the solo prince any more

How did all the oldest kids in your homes act when the new sybling arrived? I've thought about making sure I take little oz on small little trips with him and I or him and his mom just so he knows that he is still loved and is still as important as his sister--thoughts?

I think you'll find once he makes the adjustments he will really like it, not only because he'll have a playmate when sissy gets a little older but he will be really protective over his sister to.. I think it's a good thing myself..my 3 are so far apart I wished I others around for mine to play with and now my buddy Brandon died recently and his girls have been staying with us the last 3 weekends my little girl is in heaven, She can't wait for the weekend to have extra girls around to play with..

1he will adjust. My son was pretty much infatuated with my daughter for a while. Then as soon as she was mobile she took to batting him in the head with anything she could get her hands on. She's tough. She's 24 now. She looks like a model but has taken out 2 of her boyfriends with one punch.

I think making sure both Mom and Dad give him some one-on-one attention is key. Make it even better by letting him assume a role as big brother if he wishes by doing things for his little sister that you make to be "adult work".
