at my high school, we have a school record chart, and i want to rebreak my old bench press record in the wieght category 145lbs and under. the problem is that i wiegh about 150lbs give or take. how can i loose the wieght, but at the same time not loose any strength - im going to try for 285 - 300
range for my bench press max, and i know that doubling your bodywieght takes a tone out of you - so i need to be my strongest. any help i would really apreaciate.
