Ha, ha, not what some of you are thinking!
I did 5x10 hack squats tonight with a barbell, and followed it with 5x10 lunges with a 135lb bar across my shoulders. (old school)
Man, I could barely get out of the car.
My glutes are so sore already it reminds me of when I just started lifting, using power moves I learned training in and around York Barbell in the early 1980's.
All I can say is, thank goodness the hack "machine" was in use!
Also, my hamstrings are super-tight as well.
