Rice or Potatoes?

Do you guys think for putting on mass that brown rice, sweet potatoes, noodles or white potatoes are best?
 
All good choices honestly, depends on your bodytype. If you put on fat easily then brown rice, sweet potatoes, red potatoes and oatmeal are your best bet. If you are a hardgainer then you can't beat good old white rice out of a rice cooker. We use to cook up a big pot a day and finish it before the day was over, cheap and simple, though I am not a hardgainer but I don't put on alot of fat either.

Bro, that is my specialty, I call it tuna fried rice, though I leave out the beans and use fresh peas.
1 can of tuna
2 cups rice
2 eggs
1 cup fresh peas
Fry it up in Pam in a skillet and add some low sodium soy sauce and Boo Yaa you got a good ass, simple, inexpensive meal..
 
Ha that's my boy! I'm gonna try the fresh pees, give the red beans a try. You got anymore meals like that?
