Corplan is a private business like Wachenhut or CCA or Halliberton, or Unicor that operate FEMA camps under the guise of ?Correctional institutes? IE Department of corrections. Federal prisons and most State prisons are called ?Penal institutions?, hence ?Prison? or ?Penitentiary? not ?corrections?. Who gets ?corrected? there? Right. Smoke and mirrors again. Many of the FEMA camps have no prisoners as of yet ,but, are staffed and manned.
Why would FEMA be involved in constructing and staffing FEMA prisons when they are supposed to be helping US Citizens during disasters?
An article was written by some one that had their weapons taken from them at a place that wasn?t affected by Katrina. As of today, they still have not had their weapons returned.
Maybe the ATF took those weapons and sold them to the Mexican drug dealers??.who knows.
The point is, KEEP YOUR WEAPONS. NEVER SURRENDER YOUR WEAPONS. In time you will discover that your weapons could save your life, when nothing else can. FEMA has proven to be another ?useless? government controlled waste of time and money.
