Hi, my name is worryson and I'm posting from Italy.
First of all, excuse 4 my bad english, Please correct me when I wrong any word.
I have a problem: in my country it is very hard find specific foods for bber, just as PAM, lowfat and low carbo foods,etc. Besides, if I would to buy some products from other countries and the stock gets over a certain price or weight, the customs blocks my stock, so I lose money and goods.

what can you get from the grocery store? can't you buy chicken, eggs, steak, tuna etc...?
 
Sure, I find chicken, steaks eggs tuna etc... but in U.S.A. my friends told me there're verywell-stocked shop,where it is possible buy a lot of goods for athlete's (bber's) . 4 example: non-fat or low carbo ice cream, special peanuts butter-salt and sugar -free,low carbo burritos, PAM oil in different flavours, Masterpiece sauce, fat-free pancakes, in short all the things that makes a meal more attractive.
In Italy we say "semo indrio come ea coa del porseo" from venetian slang is possible translate in "We are backward like the tail of a pig".:hahano: :hahano:
 
Worryson, those things you mentioned CAN make a diet more interesting, however as a bodybuilder it is always best to eat natural foods. I'll put a list here of foods you should be choosing from. The biggest thing I'd worry about isnot having PAM. Pam is amazing!

Ground Beef (leaner the better)
Ground Turkey
Turkey Breast
Any Fish (Tuna, haddock, salmon, sword fish, wahoo, mackerel, etc...)
Seafood (Shrim, crab, lobster, scallops)
Roast Beef
Steak
Eggs
Chicken

Carbo Sources
Green Vegetables (FREE FOOD)
Brown Rice
WHOLE WHEAT Pasta
Whole Wheat Breads
Sweet Potatos
Yams
Baked Potatos
Oatmeal or rolled oats
Wheat Germ
Spaghetti Squash
Zucchini
Squash
Beans/Lentils

Fats
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

O.k. I'm just playing with you now. Don't go ranting about how rude Americans are.

But, I've been to Italy and really did have a hard time eating anything healthy. I know you have a ton of Oils to cook with and spices, so Just try to make a blend that makes you happy. Chicken and beef can get you big.
