I have been absent from forums for over a month now and I just want to say I am really sorry. I am going through a very ugly separation with my wife right now. This worst thing is I have a 7 year old son caught in the middle of this. I have been dealing the best way I can and trying to continue to push through hoping that things will get better, but as of right now they are very difficult and I apologize to the members and admin for being absent for so long!!! Hope everyone is doing well and I will be on more often as some of the smoke has settled.

No need to apologize bro, life comes before the boards! Take care of your family the forums will always be around.. Best of luck brother!!!

Sorry to hear about your situation bro. Hope things get better for you

Sorry to hear and be strong for your boy. Take care of everything and don't worry about us here. Pop in when you can

Sorry to hear that. I went through a divorce with 2 boys caught in the middle. The first year was the hardest, but it gets better as long as she does not give you visitation problems with your son. That's when it gets real ugly!!

So sorry to hear that. I know it's tough. My youngest son showed up on my door step Monday night. The kids seem okay, they're here for the weekend. I hope you guys can work out things without the kids being poisoned mentally towards one or the other of you.

Yes, as the others have said,Sorry to hear of this . I been married twice, divorced twice and the second was difficult as I had 2 young kids who didnt understand ,
Life will get better . time will heal it but its always hard waking up without the kids to say good morning dad.

I've been married for 31 years. It's a lot of compromise. I'm sure my wife thinks she compromises by "letting" me be me like working out all the time and taking PEDs. And I'm sure she has no clue no matter how many times I tell her that I hate living without sex. So, really I am living in the lap of love and luxury cluttered with knick-knacks and dirty dishes and throw pillows and blankets and endless whining and spending on bull-shit.

bottom line... marriage is a compromise.
