Serious Security risk to you,your family,etc

Guys please check out this link this is not a hoax!! I've tried it and it's real as hell!! So for your and your family security please disable your phones GPS settings until you are traveling or need it.. Crazy how technology meant to help us can be such a seriously damaging security risk to us all!

When I take pics, I just use my digital camera. I hate taking phone pics.

I would think so brother, If I could figure it out surely the hell the IC3,NWC3,DEA, and other internet crime units could do it to? Another reason why I don't post pics in forums even though I don't do anything to break the law.. I just don't like the thought of my kids pictures posted on Facebook,etc!

yup heard about this a lil while back! and once lied to my GF at the time and told her i was home and i posted a pic on FB and she found out i was at the damn mall (buying her a present but still......imagine if i was trying to be slick and cheat. said i was home but the gps on the pic says im one town over! lol

If you want to post your pics from a mobile, place them on your pc then use screen capture software to take a pic of that pic on your pc then you'll have an exact copy of that pic without the tracking capabilities, time, date, etc.

If they're taken with a smartphone or other GPS- enabled device. If you want to take pictures that cannot be tracked, use a 'dumb' digital camera with no GPS in it.

Thanks for the thread! I don't ever use my GPS in my car unless I am traveling out of town...don't need it.
