Just got the right shoulder scoped friday. Dr. said I didn't have anything torn but I had alot to arthritus, bone spurs and calcium build ups. He buffed and polished all he could but said I'm looking at a shoulder replacement in a few years......... Dammit I'm only 41. Paying for the stupid crap I did in the younger years. I refuse to get shoulder replacement. Guess the heavy days are over. Going to revamp my lifting.
Started Eq. today and plan on running it for 20 weeks at 600 mgs week to burn fat. Will add Test, probably about 500-600 mgs a week on week 10 of the Eq. Sure hope it gets the shoulder feeling better. Guess this makes me an official "OLD MAN"
Anyone else had shoulder injuries?

In December 2010 I had shoulder surgery due to a Injury endured on the Bench Press and a very cawky ego .
Anyhow I had surgery on my right shoulder. I had crushed the clavicle into the shoulder, torn the right long head of my bicep
They opened me up like a tuna can and cut my clavicle bone off shorter and re radiused the shoulder socket etc etc , fixed the torn muscle and polished and cleaned everything up.
Theres a whole list of technical words they did on my shoulder but above basically summed it up .I am mid 30's
This surgery was by far the worst pain ,and recovery than any of my other surgerys have been in the past ...Would never wish that shoulder surgery on anyone

bro my brother just had the same exact surgery almost to a T friday, but his was from a car accident last year

i have a bad bad bad left shoulder from a bike wreck and im like you i refuse to have a replacement
