I've been off gear for about 2 months now. I was taking test 500, deca 300 and of course my favorite d-bol, the pinks. I was thinking about starting some IGF - LR3 soon, during my pct (which has already started obviously). For some reason all of my maxes have gone up, though I'm still at 200 pounds. My maxes when on was - deads- 425, squat - 425, bench - 420...Now deads - 465, squats - 465- bench btwn 465-470! I'm not complaining but I just think it's kind of weird that I didn't lose a single thing. Previous cycle (about a year ago) I lost about 40 pounds on my squat and 30 pounds on my bench during pct! I really think it's the new routine I've been doing.

rep range, extremely low, keep off the belt for deads and squats, stretch like mad in between sets and before /after workout. Hoping to start the IGF soon, see if it makes a huge difference.
