sleep??

each individual is different but 8 hours is a good general rule of thumb to live by. i try for a solid 8 hours each night followed bye two 30 minute power naps throughout the day if time permits

My body generally lest me know when it is time for some ZZZZ's. And I try not to argue! I usually have difficulty putting in 8 hours at night. Especially when I am on a cycle. I do nap during the day every day . I also nap on the bus going to and from work. Cat naps will revitalize u but nothing beats an 8 hour stretch...
 
I have insomnia so I am pretty pleased if I manage to get 4 hours:eek:
 
I work nights, so to sleep during the day is almost impossible. I always need more sleep then I get :(
 
I usually get about 6 hours. My body lets me know in a hurry when I need more.
 
I would like to get 8 hours per night, but depending on my schedule I will get between 4 and 8 hours. One of the downfalls of working as a bouncer and trying to be a student at the same time.
 
try to get 8 hrs but driving a truck and unloading make it tough at times
 
i sleep at least 10hr a night and one hour nap during the day, otherwise i am a dick to people
 
I'm a dick to people no matter how much sleep i get. Or so the wife tells me anyway:rolleyes:
 
8-10 hours is perfect, but i find that if i oversleep (11+ hours) i feel like crap the whole day and it only makes me more tired. DON'T get into that habit.
