i been working out steady for 3 years now and i still get sore after workouts... is that a good or bad thing?

It's great, Getting sore means you're doing something right, or different. Either way it's all progressive resistance.
And Nigbo, never get sore?
Dude, I could only wish to be in that good of shape!

I wont even say im in good shape or anything (Maybe i am??)

the only time i ever get sore if i dont work out for X amount of months and i go back to the gym, but after a few days of steady working out im never sore anymore

I look foward to getting sore, feels good n shows me I trained hard, but ehh, wat do I know:D

I think it just depends on one’s physiology. I’m always sore as well. I don’t over train and I’m sure I acquire enough protein –I still progress in my training-. I really think it depends on the individual.

Science has yet to discover what the cause of Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). We all know that if you change a component of your workout, it normally brings it on.
