so i just prepped enough tilapia and broccoli for 3 days and have eggs boiling on the stove as i type this, also gonna eat baked chicken and sweet potatoes, lots of clean meals on the way now

any added meal ideas would be great

the goal of this is to drop about 15 lbs and hopefully most of it is body fat

upping the cardio--hell adding cardio for the first time in 6 months

im tired of being jealous of one of the guys i work out withs abs

all im on is a little test so it should be an interesting battle
 
Turkey chops ,there just like pork chops except there turkey .I buy them at Walamart next to the ground turkey burger .There excellent just slap um on the grill or electric skillet w.some olive oil and seasonings and waaaBam ,,clean protien .
 
Turkey and chicken wraps with a low sodium and fat dressing.
 
Pozole, take some chicken or turkey breast, hominy (pre cooked) and enchilada sauce or chile powder if you think the sauce has to much fat in it.

Boil the hominy for about a half hour, cut up your protein, then add it to the mix, after the half hour. After the protein is boiling you'll need to skim the foam off the top, once that's done, you can add the enchilada sauce and any seasoning, all to taste.

The hominy is high in fiber, this has been a good way to have prepared food for any diet for me. If I want more carbs, I'll add brown rice to the mix, cooked separately and added to each serving. If I don't feel like adding rice, I'll add corn tortillas to the meal. You can cut up cabbage and radishes to add in, if you want more fat, you can add cheese to it.

I know it's summer time, what I do when eating it, is not get as hot as if it were winter.
