alright i just had a q about this weekend....

ive been on a ckd diet 4 the past few weeks & 2marrow im bouncin 2 go up 2 meet a bunch of friends & party

yes i have a jacuzi in my room hahaha

but the only form of carbs ive had is glucose & some greens....

now what the hell is gona happen 2 me if i combine alcohol, pizzza, wings, chips, pussy, more alcohol, *u get the idea* haha

am i just gona blow up?
am i gona look like the stay puff guy from ghostbusters?
should i do like a carb up with regular food 2marrow mornin or somethin?

yea ill try 2 remeber 2 take pics ha
yes ive been over 2 the ckd website....but its a flame party over there

You'd probably fill in pretty good because of the carbs. You will probably gain some weight due to the carb up, but nothing major. You'll probably be bloated to. My advice is, don't make it a habbit, it's ok to do things out of the ordinary once in a while. With that said, Enjoy yourself...

o def bro....all of us from college get 2gether a few xs a year & this is 1 of them

i was just wonderin how all of it was gona mess with my body....like am i gona b wasted after 3 drinks etc
am i gona fit in my pants haha

bro I take a cheat day EVERY saturday and thecoin and buffness will vouch for me, I eat a shitload of carbs, one day will not make you fat, impossible, enjoy it and get back on track the next day

im not worried about gettin fat....hell im there now haha

& instead of makin a new thread, has any 1 tried the ckd diet?
the fat melts off of me, & i swear i have better workouts on it
 
you'll put on about 8 lbs. overnight.

it will fill you up nicely..and probably kick up your metabolism and improve your fat loss...as long as you get right back on the diet.....and take it easy on the alcohol if you can...and drink plenty of water...your training will be better for a few days as well.

tried it a few years back and lost some fat yes...but lost a bit of size too. nonetheless the fat did come off with the quickness.
