It sure has been quiet around here latley,Is every body gettin ready for summer ,I have been training my azz off.Gettin ready for the highland games.Whats everyones big plans for this summer? :)
 
im gonna have a picnic with my girlfriend under a large tree that is the middle of a field where I walk my dog...i am also gonna wear sandals /flip flops everyday because I have to go months wearing big ugly snow boots cause i live in canada...
 
no plans for summer for me besides sweating my ass off. Summer here will start in about a month
 
Plan on doing a cutter myself...but just got back from Nevada gambling...man bros...ate my ass off..( no not talking about brothels)..gambling and eating..now time for my summer/spring cutter

I'm in the same boat as you ronb!

Although it has been 80 degrees here the past 2 days, and today the high will be 35 degrees.... damn weather will not make up it's mind... but that's life where I'm at.

I'll be doing the usual gradual caloric taper to try and rid myself of my "fat back" status acquired from bulking in the winter. Although, I hit a p.r. on my deadlift, so the bulk was not worthless.
 
I saw that. we got bypassed and will be in the high 70's to low 80's from here on. I need to mow the grass tomorrow. I really don't know right now what i'll be doing. i got so many things to take care of a cycle really isn't one of them.

Im still getten up those FN leaves.I have been really good this time ,My BF is around 12% and im holding my weight at 245LBS not bad i must say for some one about to turn 42.I hope to look like a freak ,when i drop down to 225lbs ,Im on my way there now.Just keeping the protein high ,hoping not to loose to much muscle.Whats that comercial? IM 42 and in the best shape of my life.. :iggthumpu

Kman---so you must be another Bowflex 3 satisfied customer! :laugh4:

I love those commericals... they're right up there with the "solid" advise given in all those worthless muscle mags.

ya I love it how these guys claim to be doing ultra high intensity heavy workouts and resting 90 seconds between sets - no one can do max weight and only rest 90 seconds between sets - I dont care what kind of drugs they are on
 
BTW my summer goal is 10 more pounds of solid mass gain - then I wll be happy I think
