The reason i post is because I do not take OTC supplements at all. I wanna get a feel for what people are having success with these days.

Protein, creatine, multi, fish oil, food lol. Most of the stuff out there is over priced and over rated, promising shit they cannot deliver and preying on those who are new to the bb world. I will say that NO shotgun does give me some extra energy in the gym but I also just pop some caffeine pills for the same effect.

I pretty much have had the same mindset as you USN. I olny take whey and fishoils... As far as creatine, I think I am non responsive to it. Some people are. But I have not supplemented with it in years. I just bought a net tub of raw powdered monohydrate and started loading today with 20g. It has made me sick but, I will continue to load for another 4 days till I can get down to 5g per day. I dont think I will make me sick at low dosage....:moon:

Ya I dont load with mine. I just bought some creatine from sams(costco) and its twin labs. The serving size is 2 scoops which would be 10g per serving and you take one before and one after but that shit has like 30g of carbs per scoop so I just take one before and one after. You are right though some people do not respond to creatine so it really is hit or miss.

mine dont have anything but creatine mono in it.....it says "other ingredients: none"

LoL thats awesome. I bought some bulke CEE from bulk nutrition and it was there brand and it was just pure CEE and it tasted like shit. It had such a bitter sour taste to it that I could barely even drink it. This twin labs stuff is supposed to be "fruit punch" so I am sure thats why it has all the carbs. I need to get some straight unflavored shit that I can just mix with water and not have a bad taste.

creatine 5g pre workout 5 g pwo
glutamine same dose as creatine
glycerine 15ml in water throughout day so 4-6 tbs per day
sea salt added to water
b12 shots


Im a big beliver in vitamins and supps especially if you take gear!!!
 
I take an "Animal" megapak daily, fish oil, taurine to avoid cramps, vit C, and a lipotropic complex that I have been using since the 1980's and love. It has Choline, methionine, inositol, taurine, betaine HCI and B6. Mmmmm, yum.
