On the TCD (timed carb diet) we are to have a sheduled carb up day(s). I was thinking that if someone had a part off the body they felt was lagging, they could make their carb up days (we will say they are using 2 days) to be the day of the bodypart that is trained and the day after.
Think this would be effective, or not at all.....?
