After going from 256 last June to 218 in February (mainly to get better life insurance rates),
I have let my guard down and just got hungry.
I did only squats, power cleans, and benchpresses (3xweek) since the 1st week of March,
and although my strength went up, my appetite followed suite.
In the last three months I have gained 25 pounds.
I am 240 again (where I was the past 7 years) am loving life.
I feel good, look pumped, and although there is a bit-o-belly protruding, the gigs downtown don't give me any crap, so the fat man speaks. Volumes...
So Jolly up!
Hmm, maybe I'll fire up a plate of turkey dinner:) Oh yeah!
 
good for you man... whats your routine look like exactly.

I keep it simple. I had a car accident last July and my body is wracked, so I only do three compound exercises:
Bench Presses
Power Cleans
and Squats.
I do them MWF, and so as to not over train or overstrain, I break down each workout with one light, one medium, and one heavy exercise.
Monday is:
heavy bench 1x8, 5x5
medium power cleans 5x5
light squat 5x5

Wednesday is:
Heavy power cleans 1x8, 5x5
medium squat 5x5
light bench 5x5

Friday is:
heavy squat 1x8, 5x5
medium bench 5x5
and light power cleans 5x5

I have gotten much stronger with this routine, and the best part is that weak areas control the movement, therefore I can bring my strength up without strains and sprains.

By the way, I don't take any juice.
