Man that vacuum effect is what helps make the pose. Buy hey to each his own - guess I'm just old school in that I like seeing the vacuum in the front dbl-bi & front lat opposed to having the abs flexed. It helps add to the V-taper & make the waist/abs look waspish. I think they should even add the vacuum to mandatories to eliminate the pregnant look.
