Dude loves his fish good Lord. He's getting in 52 oz of fish, steak & chicken. Add in the eggs & protein drinks, looks to be in the range of 500g protein per day. Seems a bit overkill for his size - I mean considering he's not freaky beast mode like a Coleman, Yates, etc. No way in hell I could eat all that in 1 day.
