Over the years how I have transformed... :iggthumpu

I was weighing around 156lbs(lean as hell)...But I didn't like the lean look :nono:

i knew that one would get you.....i know if someone said that to me after years of training and a little aas, that i would go crazy....:D
 
RADO you look much better now. The skinny look is out and makes you look sick. How much do you weigh now?

I don't think it made me look sick......I just didn't like the thin lean out look.....I trained for yrs and never gained much weight...I wrestled in HS and in college so I always had to maintain a certain weight....But thanks for the compliment, I weigh 188lbs as of last night.

I tend to float around the mid 180's to high 180's.....I like that weight very much, I keep myself somewhat lean but thick:)
 
Damn, you look like you just got out of a refugee camp or you had full blown aids. :eek:
