This is my dude Charles - I know him well, and used to work out at the same time often in Wolfgangs Gym in Richmond, VA. He is 53, and just got 2nd place at the Pittsburgh Masters Classic Physique Over 50 division. He's 5'11 and around 200. Apparently, he got robbed and shoulda got 1st according to everyone at the show. Even the first place guy said in a post show interview that he thought he wasn't going to win when they were the last two guys standing.

This guys back detail is fuqqing INSANE. The first time I met him was around 2000 - I seen him doing pullups, and this crazy ass back detail, so I walked over and had to give him props. Great guy - too bad to see he got ripped off.
