Has anyone ever experienced this? Where a thumb or one of your "digits" as they are called wouldn't stop twitching?

My thumb has twitched a few times before, but never this consistently for a 12 hour period or so. It's sporadic on and off but when it comes on I can feel it and I get like... tired.

As I was falling sleep last night it started to twitch pretty strongly for like 5 seconds then stop for a few minutes then start again. When I woke up it was twitching as well. I have no other symptoms, just fatigue like feeling really sleep not like chronic fatigue.

I've read it could be overexertion..idk

Anyone know what this is? I know I'll have to wait it out.

When ever I overload my cns I get nerve twitches and muscle spasms. I rest eat hydrate and sleep usually better in 2 days.

I haven’t had a finger do that, I don’t think but other muscles definitely. Just as you describe. So annoying when your trying to sleep. Sometimes it lasts for a couple days. But usually not more than 24hrs. Definitely curious what causes it?

So it stopped sometime yesterday evening after I went swimming. I had continued taking my vitamin C and think it possible it was just something transitory. I'd have longer breaks in between the twitching when I would take like 3 pills of C vs none at all.

It definitely was worse around gym time yesterday morning but when I went last night after swimming it was gone.

Thank God. It was so annoying and I felt my stomach kind of twist each time it was twitching.

In the end we're only human more super human but still human. Rest and eat relax your mind and everything will fall into place
