that cant be legal. can it? i honestly dont think they can treat him like that. his attorney should be looking into some serious constitutionality issues regarding this unless hes just some crackerjack fucker
 
well maybe its the procedure they use in that maximum security facility. Still weird though, what is he charged with again?
 
they did that because he had an escape attempt, or at least they thought, did you read the article?

and they never beat him, or did anything physical to him, everything in those videos they did was to protect themselves from him harming them. I see nothing wrong with it.

keep in mind he is charged with murdering a girl, he is far from a nice guy
 
he is a former pr bodybuilder with massive strength .... and i;ve also read in MD 'zine that he even tried ordering some hits on key witnesses against him
 
I would say they did that more because of his massive strength over the crowd. Remember this is/was a man who lifted heavy weights. I have had people try to mess with me at work since I started lifting and it has gotten tougher on them to actually hold on to me because of the strength gains I have gotten. I can only imagine the strength he has. Also in prison, you have pretty much given up your civil rights the moment you murdered someone and took away their civil right to be alive. but that is my own opinion. When I was in Jail, I can see why inmates complain about how they were treated and such, but at the same time.... I saw that I gave up my freedom for something stupid... so I see both sides of the coin.
 
Did anything ever come from the charges that he had his former cell mate hire a hit man to off some of the witnesses against him?

It was an undercover cop... thats how they got caught ;)
