wide grip front pulldowns - 100 x 20, 140 x 12, 170 x 8, 220* x 11, 260* x 7

wide grip pullups - bdwt x 7*, 6*, 5*

barbell rows - 135 x 15, 225 x 10, 275* x 10, 275* x 8

crossbench db pullover - 75 x 12, 100* x 12, 110* x 9

close grip underhand pulldowns - 180* x 11, 200* x 8

cable straight arm pulldowns/pullovers - 70* x 20, 90* x 13

hyperextensions - bdwt x 35*, 25*

Pumped so much ready to fucking fly away. :D

Weights not heavy as many of you use, but remember I'm an old fuck. :p
 
We use close to the same weight on back exercises, back is my strongest.
