Training and sex?

I have heard this a few times over the years, but I heard that when a month or so out from a show your not supposed to be having sex. I dont see why but I have heard it a bunch of times. I dont really have a sex drive now cause of the mast or winny i think. What do you guys think of that?

news to me. For the most part, products and the double cardios etc.. generally kill most guys sex drive anyways.

Pure horseshit...having sex,busting a nut before a game or athletic endevour does NOT affect your permormance negatively,whatso ever....damn when will this rumor DIE....Zerker
