I was at work today and we got on the topic of working out. We got in deep conversation of the dedication involved with workout and it really hit me. My fellow employee ask me how many years I have been working out and things of that nature, so I told him. They all couldnt believe I have been lifting for around 7 years almost every day of the week. .....and to be honest i couldnt either...LOL. I really looked at it in perspective and I really cant believe that I have a love for something like that. The desire to wake up every morning as though it isnt hard work... To lift today in hopes of wondering what I'll look like a few years from now. I have been doing this since I was 17 years old. Going to the gym day after day, lifting the same equipment, seeing the same people, and starring in those same mirrors everyday in hopes to look like my heros. I looked at a few of my highschool pictures and I couldnt believe how far I have come. And to be honest I actually thought I was big back then...lol. Boy was I wrong. But I must say that I have come a long way. I'm no pro but I must say that I am proud of the way I look. The hard work has paid of as they say.

I want to end this by saying that I have respect for each and every one of you here that share the same love for bodybuilding as I do. Whether we train the same or train differently, we all desire to acheive the same goals. To all of you that come to platues in training or in life, keep your head up. If the dream is strong enough all of your goals will be fulfilled....
