I have been back regularly since Rocky's message about motivation. I realized I didn't need a reason, to just do it.
My workouts the past week have been stellar. Incredible pumps, strength improving, attitude is good. Course, there's no grad school this week so that stress reduction probably has an impact, but otherwise, the best thing I could have done all around was to hit it hard, and I have.
I'm changing it up using some old school tools and am amazed at the muscle memory.
Still around 228 with a 35 waist. Damn, this keeps up an I'll be looking fantastic for summer.
