When I was younger, I used to lift heavy and train intense. Now that I'm over 35, I actually feel more controlled strength.
My range of motion is smoother.
I can call on my reserved strength and dig deep easier now than I could when I was in my mid-20's.
Even though I've returned serious to lifting for only a couple of weeks now, my strength has returned much easier than it did when I was mid-20's.
Young friends, It's pretty good to be mid-late 30's in bodybuilding!
