Training while sick..

I've been feeling a little run down lately and last night my throat started to hurt.. This morning my throat was killing me and I was thinking about just taking the rest of the week off.. I've trained 3 days all ready and will only be missing one day..

Question: do most of you normally work out during your sickness or take a few days off to fully recover?? IN the past I would just work out right thru the cold but it seems to linger longer that way...
 
I would push through an athletic practice, but I skip lifting nowadays......my body seems to need more rest than lifting now
 
I'm with rock..you'll probably end up doing yourself no good going in sick. I sure can't give it my all when I'm sick so I just don't go and take the extra time off...
