What?s up all! Had a buddy direct me to the forum as a research source. Had nothing but great things to say about the knowledge base here. I?ve been registered for a bit, done some digging around. Getting into my third year of religious working out. Currently sitting at 5?11? 210 and 16.5% BF. Trying to add about 10lbs by Christmas. See y?all out there
