Bro, you look great. Weight training keeps you young. I overheard my boss deriding some younger guys yeaterday saying look at all the stuhh he, being me, does. And he'salmost 70. I felt pretty good after that. Yeah bro you look amazing. Chris Bumstead look out. Lol

That's great and life's good and you even motivate me to keep going as I am a few months behind you. Even though I'm way smaller than you I still kick ass lol.
