update on the move

Man the day is coming up fast. We move into the new house next Wednesday. Today the Radon guys did there thing here. Friday the roof guy yanks the satellite dish and the TV gets shut off, then Monday the 21st the movers come to empty the house. We want to steam clean the carpets and leave it nice and clean.
I've been moving stuff to my storage units for three months now. (Where did we get all this crap? Hell, when I met her 10 years ago I could fit everything I owned except my motorcycle in the back of a small pick-up truck.)
The liquor store employees are "almost" tired of seeing me come in for boxes, and with all those booze boxes, it's sure to raise an eyeball or two with the new neighbors. Ha.
I'm very excited, partly because I will attempt to have the interior of the new house painted between next Wednesday and Sunday night.

We want to steam clean the carpets and leave it nice and clean.

Before you spend money on that, make sure the new owners aren't just going to yank that up and put in new carpet.

Moving sucks, but it is a great feeling moving into a new home.

I hate moving, it's to frick'n hard. But once your in the new place it will be worth it.
