i do 30 min cardio at 5 am every day...

tue legs
wed- cardio only
thur - shoulders and tris

dude u look awesome for sure. I need to up my cardio. I have found a new found love for running outside. I only do it a couple days a week cuz I am not trying to lose all my size but it definitely helps break up the standard cardio. I am down from 230 to 210. Went to the gym I used to work at and hadnt been there in over a year and ppl were trying to talk me in to doing a show lol. I dont know if i have it in me though. Keep up the good work man
