B12 IMO is good at any time on or off. ON specially since it helps you utilize the most out of the nutrients/minerals/proteins you intake, it helps break down at a much useful rate.

Vitamin B-12 is known to increase RBC (red blood cells.) It is also known to dramatically increase appetite and energy. Some people may not notice the appetite affects as well as others.

Do any of you use it? how much? and how do you introduce it into your body?

What are your views on this?

LOL this is why I never come here, the traffic is very slow. The mod team who is supposed to promote traffic and posts, don't do anything for the board you know.

I personally never felt much effect from b12 oral or injected. Just like I never felt a thing from injected kyno.
 
I often use b-12. I shoot 1000mcg E3D with my gear ( or ED if I am using Prop ). I orally supplement on other days. I feel it increases my appetite when on and I know it helps with recovery as I certainly feel a huge difference if I don't use. But each individual is different - you need to try it for yourself to find out.
