right now i am on juice taking deca test enathate and have gained 17 pounds. i still want to gain a little more but for some reason water retention has been a problem.
first meal start the day with fried eggs and a protein shake.
second meal n-large (600 to900)
third meal rice lentils or beans with meat or chicken
fourth meal n-large (600 to900)
fifth meal rice beans tuna and steak or chicken
six meal protein shake.
