Weight Watchers Question

I donno how many of you are familier with it but.... any help is good.

Alright. I am supposed to have 44 points a day. What if I only use 20 or so... and not be able to eat anything... should I try and cram them all in at the end of the day.. or should I just let them go?
 
No idea about WW but I think you can do it on your own without that eat healthy well timed meals drink alot of water work out good and burn fat.
 
Yeah for real, what Sasa said. You can eat healthy without that weight watchers shit. Just my opinion though. If it works for you then go with it i guess.
 
If you are full and have eaten through out the day then i wouldnt think u need to eat when u arent hungry at the end of the day. i think that is max points you should hit but if you are eating right and regualr i dont think u should eat just to reach that points number
 
I have family who is doing WW, and pretty much you really need to hit your points for the plan to work best for you, if you constanly eat far too low of points your body is going to go into starvation mode and you'll won't lose anything.

I agree that NO do not cram 20+ points into you before bed. But do NOT make a habit out of eating only half your allotted points.

try your best to eat 5-6 small meals a day, spread evenly thruout your entire day

Oh and that would be a big NO NO! Space out between the day. The key is to keep your metabolism moving over corse of day. Not crash it, or overload it in one meal or at end of day. You are changing your lifestyle of eating habits that is the key to this program. LIFESTYLE CHANGE/NOT DIET!

Again, keep pressing on! We are here for you. Did you start any walking or exercise yet?
 
from my personal experience with weight watchers.....


try to get in as many points throughout the day if you can. but don't cram them in at the end. if its only a day or 2, you'll be ok. try not to let it go longer than that, then you won't lose any weight (your body goes into starvation mode).
