I did my first shot (glute) on thursday (not sure if this is part of the cause but, I might as well put it in) and that night I woke up in the middle of the night with this bad pain in my mid back, right next to my spine, on the left side. It really feels like it's my back not, my kidneys cause when I bend is when it hurt. It hurt like a SOB. Then when I woke up in the morning, it kinda went away as the day progressed. Then, the next night, same thing and this morning it went away again as the day went on and as I moved around and what not. What the hell is this? A pinched nerver perhaps? I am making another appt with my chiro to see if he knows but, I wont be able to get in until next week if I'm lucky.

naw, not at all. I had this pain three days in a row now but, only when im laying down, I have never had this before its weird. It doesnt hurt right now but, when I get up in the middle of the night and in the morning it hurts pretty bad.

anythin u can think of that u may have done & couldve hurt it? gym, takin out the trash, some weird sexual episode?

yea, the sex thing actually lol. seriosuly. I MIGHT have like, pulled it then but, I haev never ever had a pain like this, I dunno. Maybe I need to be on bottom for a while lol. BUt seriously I wonder what is up with this.

From what you described, a pinched nerve sounds like it could be the problem. After lying down all night, that's when it would probably hurt the most. I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with your injection.

Speaking of injections, I hope you guys are all doing it right. I have read some pretty weird questions on some forums, and people have been injecting themselves and not doing the basics, or not injecting into the correct area.

That's the nurse in me speaking :D I know fuck all about AAS use, but lots about injections..lol..

I am pretty sure I am doing it right, I had my friend do it and his girlfriend too, who gives his mom all of her shots for some kind of hormone replacement she has had due to cancer. My freidn knows just as much as me if not more. He knows about aspirating, having a clean environment and all that. Ill be fine. Thanks for being concerend!

Let us know how your back does.

It could easily be from the 'sex episode' - and could be something that would go away quickly. Probably not nerve related, just because you didn't really describe radiating pain or numbness which would typically be a nerve sign. Pain that is localized to the back, near the spine, to one side is more likely a facet joint that got irritated.
Going to a chiro MAY make an irritated facet feel better - but I am personally not a fan of people getting their back manipulated with "general" manipulations. That would be the type where they use your whole body as a lever arm by doing something like twisting your shoulders one way, your hip the other way, and pushing through the hip. Those types of manipulations put too much rotational force through the WHOLE spine and are not localized to the irritated area - that can cause more problems in the spine if you have issues at other levels. I won't get too into it... but my recommendation would be to just take some Motrin/Ibuprofen, heat or ice to the area, and stay on the bottom for a while.

yea, my chiro usually pushes my leg down over the other when im on one side, it feels a lot better after that. It is feeling beter but still not gone in the mornings completely.
