I just wanted to make this thread to welcome DC here who after my 25 years of training has taught me a lot inside of 6 months on how to add as much mass to my frame as possible in the shortest amount of time.

I don't know if we can get him to stop by a lot since he barely has time to be at Intense Muscle...

My first post will be an apology to everyone just in case Inhuman has been eating everyones food, small animals, and sometimes a forearm or two over here. He follows my diet plan exactly and doesnt miss meals

I can't tell you guys the knowledge that DC has taught me in the last few months, you would think after training for 25 years that maybe you might know what you can do to add some serious mass to your frame when you hit the wall can move anymore.

Thats one thing that DC likes, when you are stuck, you have exhausted all other programs and you just cannot budge one more lb of body weight to try his program.

Sure I was skeptical at first when I started reading the "CFP" thread 7 months ago, but as I read and read it made so much sense to me I kicked myself in the ass for not doing this sooner in my lifting career.

I have done Heavy Duty Dead, BFT, HIT, Max-Ot, Westside, Aurther Jones and all his programs and to many others I can't even remember, and now DC has taken some things from other programs and added alot of his own ideas and came up with this program that just adds slabs of mass to your frame in just a short time.

Now don't get me wrong, this ain't easy, this is the toughest program I have ever tried in my life, I thought BFT was gonna kill me, well this program does every workout, the diet is tough and the training is just torture, but I am now 295 from 264 since January 3rd 2004, I will be starting my diet this Thursday for my BBing contest this December 4th.

If you look at the other boards you will see the people who have made serious gains from this program, I have yet to hear one single person who has done this program for a decent amount of time complain that they have not made body weight progress and I talk to many DC trainees every single day...

what weight do you hope to compete at ?

DADAWG, DC said I am looking at 242 maybe, I know this competition is a very tough one, so I will have to lose some mass for the cuts to do some damage.

When I get down to 250 we will see how I look from there, I do not want to say this weight or that weight, I just want to look the best I can...

Well I can say is that we eat all day long, I take in 650+ grams of protein ED, we don't count cals but I was at the beginning and I was taking in 7k+ ED.

We have carb cutoffs and we stick to eating protein first.

Look at it like this, if your are say 250 lbs now and you are looking to be 275, then you need to consume food like a 300 lb guy, you need to push yourself over that feeding edge to gain mass, we eat every two hours of so and never ever miss meals, you miss a meal and that Human Blast Furnance that you have become, will eat your muscle mass for food, so we do not miss meals...
