went to a job fair today for proctor and gamble, you do not even fill out applications, they give you a packet on the hiring "process"

1. they accept applications online only, no internet your screwed
they do not call you, everything is done thru email, so you miss the email your screwed..lol.......oct 10-nov 7th
2. testing procedure, if you pass application process.........they test your skills this is in mid november
3. interview process if you pass testing.....lol, this is in mid december
4 hiring in january..........damn, what a process :hahano:

starting pay was $15.27/hour............top out was $27.50 !!! for a production worker??

thing that sux to me it is a rotating 12 hour shift, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off etc.........

I might do the application, what do I have to lose?

Go for it. The 12 hour shifts you get used to. I would much rather do it than 8 hour shifts. You get more time off. The nights can suck if you aren't a night owl or have trouble sleeping though.

Jesus, I make about their top pay an hour- in CANADIAN dollars, and I have a hell of a lot more responsibility, etc. Fuck I'm in the wrong line of work :(

will start the process, I guess what do I have to lose, I have applied so many damn places in the last 3 months it is sickening. I have yet to have one interview......lol

One place has talked with me a little and wants to interview me this week, for CNC machine work. I am keeping my fingers crossed, this proctor and gamble thing won't happen till end of december or first of the year............

If I could I would work two 20 hour shifts and get it over with.
