what happened to the board?

I have to scroll back and forth now to read everything, it has always fit on the screen before, and nothing was changed on my PC

laugh all you want fucker, but this board changed since last night, all other boards I went to today are fine, so it is not my computer. I think it has something to do with the banner at the top, it is too long, and it stretches the screen out. It needs shrunk down to fit
