What is in your pre/post workout shakes??

I've had this conversation with plenty of guys at the gym and everyone is different but it is fun to compare.. I use....

pre-25g whey 1/2 cup dry oats 5g glutamine 30-45 min pre

post-50g whey 60g dextrose 5g glutamine



what do u guys use??
 
ive never used much for preworkout in the past apart from certain foods and shakes but lately i've been taking L-cartinine
 
I drink no xplode before I workout and usually whey isolate after or just a whole meal like talapia and red potatoes. I should add, this is right now cause I am cutting

I'm cutting bodyfat so I take a casein/ whey drink before and 75 grams whey afterward. Followed by a meal 45-60 minutes later.
 
Theres something about mashed potatos that give me my best workouts and pumps. srs
 
I wake up at 3:30am and eat Toast and peanut butter , 3 whole eggs and a Whey shake , then 30 min prior to my gym I eat a Dbol. I lift at 4:45am .
Post workout is a Gainer shake with 10 ou egg whites and 8 ou milk ,then an hour later eat my Oats , turkey chops and eggs .....That sums up my pre and post .
 
Usually three large carb meals of oats, rice and potatoes (for potassium) pre workout along with eggs and protein shakes (spread out over the three meals) with an intra workout shake of 100grs isolate that I drink half during the workout and the rest immediately after. Hour later protein/fat meal with greens
 
I workout in the morning before work, so my first meal is a casein (60g) shake with milk. I want the sugar first thing in the morning and as pre-WO fuel, so skim is OK here. During my last few sets I drink whey (60g) and 60g dextrose. After showering and getting to work, about an hour later, I eat 8 egg whites and a cup of plain (not instant!) oatmeal

My proteins are from truenutriion.com and are a custom blend.
