What?s up all? I was invited over by Stickler. He mentioned that I would have quite a few friends here, so thought I would make an account. I?ve been around a pretty good while. I?ve seen a few familiar faces already from browsing threads. Good to see some of you here. For those that don?t know me I?m currently 230 lbs, recent cut down from 245. I?m 5?8 mid 30?s. I?ve been lifting since I was around 14, got really into it around 17 and have been at it since, with a few breaks here and there. I?ve mostly trained BB style for hypertrophy but have ran some hybrid training programs over the years to include strength as well. I?m competing in my first show next August in open bodybuilding. Looking to get on stage around 185-190. I run a log on two other boards, may consider running it here too if the logs are active. Always been my favorite part of the boards. Just recently transitioned out of the military back into the civilian world and have been able to focus a lot more in this lifestyle. My girl is also doing the show with me and August and we are using the same coach. Incredible guy, IFBB pro, and loving his programming so far. Heard great things about PM and looking forward to being here, learning, contributing, and shooting the shit with some old friends and making new ones. Attached is the most recent pic I?ve taken. Have quite a bit of work to do before august, but don?t look terrible.

Hey brother! Classy crew here.. I think you'll fit right in. I'm SUPER excited to see your show journey. You've always been positive and tried to have the back of those that put out the effort while being open minded on everyone's approach.

Thanks all, really appreciate the warm welcomes and kind words. I’ll be happy just to do the show. It’s more for myself than anything. If I place or win, then that’s just extra. Good to see you over here Wally.
