What's best 3 or 6 meals per day?

sometimes i can get away with only 3 meals a day but i tend to get nauseous if i let blood sugars drop too long and too much
 
I like the 6 smaller meals throughout the day , My guts are terrible about large quantities all at once ..and I seem to stay leaner with the small meals more frequant /

This is true with me as well. I hate it when I miss a meal though, makes me really feel like crap...
 
The more small meals you have during the day the better. The human body isnt designed to consume huge meals on an everyday basis.

Informative link and the calorie chart must be of great help for many to lead healthy life. Those who wants to lose weight must break their meals in small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink more water than routine and avoid eating late.
