What's UP?!

Hello! I stumbled on this board by searching Google for ways to enhance the effects of food anabolism. LOL. I'm loving the look of the forum so I figured I have to register and give it a whirl.

Some history:

I started lifting when I was 24 @ 140lbs 5'11". By the time I was 26 I was 180lbs and fairly low bodyfat. That was all natural work. I then hit the juice and took myself to a whopping, fat, and bloated 240lbs @ 30 years old. I leaned down to ~115lbs and maintaned that for about a year. For the past two years I have been a lazy bastard with no motivation.

I'm a 180lb 33yo with a little muscle and a nasty gut now and I'm ready to be a warrior again. I'm embarrassed of taking any pics right away, maybe when I get in a little better shape.

Anyway, that's that. I hope to learn a lot here and maybe contribute where I can.
