I workout at the local university gym. Large and spacious with more than aquate hammer, free weights and other equipment. Quite a bit of nice tail to:igok:

when I started to get serious about the iron, and started spending more time at the gym, my wife decided she wanted me at home more so she bought me a smith set up for the basement at home, over time I've managed to build up a pretty nice dungeon.... I thought it was because she missed me... now that I read your post and think....hmmm was it the scenery?

I workout at the family gym. Opened it February 2011. Talked my 2 cousins into opening it. It has been a huge success for them. We have everything you could possibly want. Tons of free weights, hammer strength, boxing ring you name it.

I work out at my university gym as well. Old school free weights, a few machines, some power lifting equipment. Thats it

I usually have 2 or 3 memberships. Right now just two. I like one big chain membership and one small hole in the wall meat head gym. Im married so scenery doesnt matter to me, and the bigger gyms always have those young punks that give you dirty looks cuz you look better than them. I can't stand that sh**. But in my opinion you have to change your atmosphere and equipment.

Most of the time in my back yard in what I call The Dog Pile.
But also have a membership at a Gold's for some fo the equipment and another membership at YMCA for when I don't want to drive too far or mosquitos are too bad in my woods.

24 hour fitness but sometimes get to a goodlife

I've turned into the cell phone junkie on my phone. Keeps my head down. No one bugs me. Doesn't take away from my workout tho

Realized we were spending tons of money on gym memberships and started buying our own equipment. Now the wife and I have our own gym at the house. It's awesome, its 24 hours, and I don't have to drive anywhere.

24hr fitness 3am to 445 monday through saturday...
before work no one really there so I have everything to myself...

I have 2 gym's one at a University and one that is part of a pretty big chain that is open all day and night. Depending on on the day and time I go to different gyms.

Just changed from a local chain of gyms, that I have been going to for years. Joined up at our city Fitness Complex!!! It rocks! Love the fact that I know noone and noone bothers me. This keeps me very focused and I would say the age group is from age 40 and up to 90,lol. Used to look at the younger people for motivation but I tell you, these olc people are much more motivating for me. hen I hurt, I just look at all the granmas and grandpas that are in there even with their walkers.

Oh and one more bonus, they play classic rock tunes instaed of todays music wher I felt like I was at a nightclub, lol

Unfortunately I work out at LA Fitness. Too focking crowded and to many premadonnas and twinks. However I just found a "hole in the wall" gym that is smaller but has exactly what one needs without all the nonsense.

Is taken me a whole month to out grow my gyms dumbells, time to go back to paying for one i guess

I'm at a little hole in the wall gym. I absolutely love it!! I get great workouts every gym day. I was at anytime fitness and that place is more of a health spa. Too many old bitties that have a heart attack when you dump the dumbells. Very rude staff as well. The trainer there wouldn't even look at me.

I lift in a basement , its a big gym but not a big name chain. Tons of weights free weights and machine ,,,a seperate room full of cardio bunny stuff that I avoid .has a steam sauna in each locker room very nice option .
I lift from 4:45am to 6;15am to not many folks up at that time lifting
